A quien pretendo engañar… realmente me estoy volviendo loco con el material que se nos suelta a cuenta gotas referido a Grindhouse<\/a> (2007), uno de los films que está generando más expectativa para este año. Hoy casi premonitoriamente, todas las semanas hay material nuevo, han aparecido tres nuevas imágenes del trailer falso que dirige Rob Zombie<\/a> titulado Werewolf Women of the SS<\/strong>. Se ve que Rob<\/strong> es un tipo generoso, obsequia a los fans con muchísimo material pero, al ritmo que lleva, calculo que en un par de semanas podremos hacernos el trailer completo en formato gif animado! Lo que no comprendo es lo que pasa con los otros trailers de Eli Roth<\/a> y Edgar Wright<\/a>. ¿Tiene el señor Zombie<\/strong> el beneplácito de Quentin Tarantino<\/a> y Robert Rodriguez<\/a> para explayarse sin control en lo tocante a su micro trabajo?, ¿será que hay gato encerrado?<\/p>\n

En fin, primero tenemos una nueva interesante imagen de una de las Hermanas Belzac<\/strong>, la ex chica playboy Sheri Moon Zombie<\/a>, mujer del director, vestida cual femme fatale<\/em>: ligera de ropa, con botas altas y un látigo, eso si, el emblema nazi no se lo quita ni para ducharse. El otro par de imágenes nos descubren dos nuevos personajes, ¿quiénes son? Pues tengo que reconocer que no tengo ni idea… eso si, en una de las fotos podemos ver un par de oficiales de las SS, Udo Kier<\/a> es uno de ellos, junto a Dr. Heinrich von Strasser<\/strong> (Bill Moseley<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Sin dejar el tema Grindhouse<\/strong>, el otro día en Ain’t It Cool apareció<\/a> lo que parece ser la lista de canciones que compondrán la banda sonora original de Death Proof<\/strong>, el segmento de Tarantino<\/strong>. Canciones de Willy DeVille<\/a> o T.Rex<\/a> y temas atmosféricos como Paranoia Prima<\/strong> de Ennio Morricone<\/a>, perteneciente al giallo<\/em> El gato de nueve colas<\/a> (1971) de Dario Argento<\/a>, Sally and Jack<\/strong> de Pino Donaggio<\/a>, perteneciente a Impacto<\/a> (1981) de Brian De Plama<\/a>, o The Last Race<\/strong> de Jack Nitzsche<\/a>, este tema pertenece a uno de los peores films de la historia titulado Village of the Giants<\/a> (1965) dirigido por Bert I. Gordon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Termino el post de hoy con un batiburrillo de noticias inconexas y almacenadas en el baúl de los recuerdos… vamos, que no me encajan en ningún lado y las cuelo aquí. Parece ser que este cartel que podéis ver aquí<\/a> es el teaser póster internacional de Die Hard 4.0<\/a> (2007), el retorno de Bruce Willis<\/a> a su papel de John McClane<\/strong> pero no como tal… cada vez me parece más cutre todo lo que rodea a este proyecto, espero tener que comerme mis palabras pero la cosa huele bastante mal. Hace ya una semana apareció en X-Realms<\/a> que un ex combatiente real de la resistencia birmana, llamado Sai Mwang<\/strong>, había sido fichado para interpretar a la Némesis<\/em> de John Rambo<\/strong> (Silvester Stallone<\/a>) en John Rambo<\/a> (2008). Este señor interpretará a un brutal comandante pasado de vueltas que se dedicará a tocar las narices a los miembros de una ONG mientras intenta esquivar los tiros de un comando de camorristas… encabezado por Rambo<\/strong> y, atención, Sam Elliott<\/a>! Si señores, también hace otra semana apareció la noticia<\/a> de que el señor Elliott<\/strong>, recientemente visto en la infumable Ghost Rider, El motorista fantasma<\/a> (2007), interpretaría a uno de los veteranos que se lo pasará como el culo en la selva birmanita. Este proyecto pinta muy bien… veteranos al poder! Pues nada, con esto, y con la duda plantada<\/a> por Cillian Murphy<\/a> respecto a su posible participación como el Espantapájaros<\/strong> en The Dark Knight<\/a> (2008), me despido.<\/p>\n

P.D. No me preguntéis cómo, pero me he encontrado esta peli que hay que ver… Night of the Day of the Dawn of the Son of the Bride of the Return of the Revenge of the Terror of the Attack of the Evil, Mutant, Hellbound, Flesh-Eating Subhumanoid Zombified Living Dead, Part 3<\/a> (2005).
