Momento de volver por el blog tras descubrir el primer teaser póster de The Dark Knight Rises<\/a>, cartel que por cierto parece tener un pequeño secreto oculto dentro de si mismo que por lo pronto resulta bastante curioso. En fin, quitando esta curiosidad lo mejor es ponerse las pilas y pese a encontrarme sin conexión 3G, lo de Movistar no tiene nombre y me cago en sus estampa, busco donde no hay y os dejo con las últimas noticias del día, que son un porrón y se me van a acumular. En primer lugar os presente el primer cartel, al fin, de The Thing<\/a> (2011) de Matthijs van Heijningen Jr.<\/a> Pensaba que ya se habían olvidado de la promoción del film, pero a poco más de 3 meses de su estreno en salas comerciales, Universal Pictures<\/strong> ha tenido a bien dar a conocer al mundo el primer póster de esta precuela a la obra maestra del terror y la ciencia ficción de John Carpenter<\/a>, la irrepetible La cosa<\/a> (The Thing<\/em>, 1982). El cartel es bastante sencillito y sirve para recordar referencias a tiempos pasados o descubrir la web oficial del film en thethingmovie.net<\/a>, eso si, por ahora vacía de contenido. Pulsad sobre el cartel para verlo en mejor detalle… aunque bueno, predomina el negro.<\/p>\n

Vayamos ahora con una confirmación oficial a una noticia que se barruntaba desde hace casi una semana<\/a>. Heat Vision nos indica<\/a> que ese rumor que ponía a Spike Lee<\/a> tras la estela de la versión made un USA de Oldboy<\/a> (Oldeuboi<\/em>, 2003) de Chan-Wook Park<\/a>. Lee vuelve al cine de la mano de Mandate Pictures<\/strong> y con un guión en escrito por Mark Protosevich<\/a>, que actuará como coproductor junto a Roy Lee<\/strong> y Doug Davison<\/strong>. La noticia nos vuelve a recordar que hace ya un par de años Steven Spielberg<\/a> y Will Smith<\/a> rondaron el proyecto aunque en aquellos días se hablaba más de adaptación fiel al manga original. Veremos que sale de todo esto, pero nuevamente Hollywood pretende mejorar lo inmejorable… ¿qué necesidad hay de hacer un remake<\/em> del excelso film de Chan-Wook Park<\/strong>? Este mismo portal, Heat Vision, nos informa<\/a> que Disney Pictures<\/strong> ha cerrado un acuerdo con Infinitum Nihil<\/strong>, la empresa de Johnny Depp<\/a>, para servirle de plataforma de cara al lanzamiento de dos nuevos proyectos cinematográficos. El primero de ellos, y acorde con el blog, será una nueva versión en cine de The Night Stalker<\/a> (1972), un telefilm tornado serie de televisión que se centraba en Carl Kolchak<\/strong>, un periodista que investigaba misteriosos asesinatos, todos ellos con una base acentuada de terror sobrenatural o elemento de ciencia ficción. El otro proyecto, este idea original, será de corte histórico centrándose en Paul Revere<\/strong>, un partícipe de la revolución americana que a modo griego de Maratón cabalgó como alma que trae el diablo para avisar a sus congéneres colonos de la invasión británica en 1775.<\/p>\n

Atención ahora al resurgir del rumor que pone en activo la posibilidad de que algún día veamos Evil Dead IV<\/a> (¿?). DreadCentral.com deja caer<\/a> que todo apunta a que el relanzamiento de la saga que llevó a Sam Raimi<\/a> al top de los reyes del gore<\/em> y a Bruce Campbell<\/a> al olimpo de los actores con más fans de la historia. El portal indica que Raimi<\/strong> y su habitual editor Bob Murawski<\/a> se han reunido en Detroit para dar luz verde al nuevo Evil Dead<\/strong>, un relanzamiento de la saga que seguirá por lo derroteros que definieron sus predecesoras… el cine de bajo presupuesto y de corte independiente. Para dar un poco más de fuerza al rumor, por ahora no es más que eso, supuestamente Bruce Campbell<\/strong> en persona y a través de su cuenta en Twitter @GroovyBruce<\/a> indica que "Believe in the remake, dawg! The project is real. In the works. Cool as hell. Scary as hell<\/em>". Veremos, puede que Raimi<\/strong> vea posible dirigir una peli de bajo presupuesto entre grandes producciones de estudio… pero Evil Dead IV<\/strong>… si no es remake a mi me vale.
