Se termina el sábado. Tras una mañana completando un trabajo, hoy he aprovechado para echar las primeras partidas a Cinelinx<\/strong>, una aventura nacida en Kickstarter<\/strong> que mola lo suyo<\/a>. Imaginaros un dominó de cine basado en los seis grados de separación pero limitado a un máximo de 3 y donde intervienen actores, directores, películas, frases, personajes, géneros y varios condicionantes. ¿La verdad? Divertidísimo si lo que te mola es el cine. Vamos con las noticias.<\/p>\n

Antes de entrar con otras cosas una noticia preocupante… o por lo menos así me lo parece. En una mesa redonda donde han estado charlando los presidentes de los estudios más grandes<\/a> de Hollywood, 20th Century Fox<\/strong>, Paramount Pictures<\/strong>, Disney Studios<\/strong>, Universal Pictures<\/strong>, IFC Films<\/strong> y Warner Bros<\/strong>, Donna Langley<\/strong> de Universal<\/strong> ha desvelado lo siguiente… mucho ojo. Como la compañía no tiene superhéroes han decidido transformar aquello que si tiene, un rico monsterverso<\/em> repleto de iconos, en algo que no es…<\/p>\n

No tenemos capas en nuestra filmoteca. Pero lo que si tenemos es un increíble legado e historia repleta de monstruos. Hemos intentado a lo largo de los años hacer películas de monstruos, sin éxito en estos momentos. Y entonces tuvimos una epifanía consistente en que el género de terror no tiene límites, no es global. Hay una razón por la que los monstruos duran a lo largo de los años pasando de generación en generación. Así que hemos echado un vistazo, un vistazo profundo, y hemos decidido un nuevo rumbo consistente es dejar de lado el género de terror y hacer películas cine más de acción y aventuras, actuales, llevando este increíblemente rico y complejo universo de personajes al ahora reimaginándolos y reintroduciéndolos para una audiencia contemporánea.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La verdad, un error de tres pares de narices. Vale que algunos pueda acercarse al mundillo de la aventura como ya se demostró con la Momia<\/strong>. Pero desde luego de Frankenstein<\/strong>, su novia, Drácula<\/strong> o el Hombre Lobo<\/strong> no funcionarán en ese rango. Van Helsing<\/strong> vale, el Hombre Invisible<\/strong> también (algo de espías por ejemplo), pero la Criatura de la Laguna Negra<\/strong> ni de broma. ¿Qué os parece la propuesta de Universal<\/strong>?, ¿no suena un poco a hagamos productos PG-13 para poder sacar dinero a patadas?<\/p>\n

Un nuevo cartel para Los Juegos del Hambre: Sinsajo Parte 1<\/em> <\/p>\n

Indican en Variety que Jude Law<\/strong> ronda el papel de malo maloso en Knights Of The Roundtable: King Arthur<\/strong> (2016)<\/a> de Guy Ritchie<\/strong>. Con Charlie Hunnam<\/strong> como el nuevo Arturo<\/strong> y Astrid Berges-Frisbey<\/strong> en el papel de Ginebra<\/strong>, lo de Law<\/strong> sería una buena apuesta por contar con un rostro conocido que, de paso, está viviendo una etapa alejada de las grande superproducciones pero con proyectos interesantes: Black Sea<\/strong> (2014), El gran hotel Budapest<\/strong> (The Grand Budapest Hotel<\/em>, 2014), Efectos secundarios<\/strong> (Side Effects<\/em>, 2013) o Dom Hemingway<\/strong> (2013). El guión de Knights Of The Roundtable: King Arthur<\/strong> es de Joby Harold<\/strong> y no se sabe nada, por ahora, del enfoque de la historia que nos contarán. Ah, y en el mismo artículo indican que Idris Elba<\/strong> se cae del proyecto al no haber acuerdo.<\/p>\n

Para terminar comentaros que hoy ha fallecido Glen A.
